Shatayu Care manufactures all its products in house. We have the highest quality standards and every product is inspected before shipping.

In the rare event, if a product is not as per your expectation then please contact shatayucareonline@gmail.com within 3 days post product delivery. We shall try to provide the best help possible. 

Products with different batches can have variance in color, texture, taste and smell. Shatayu Care makes natural products and every batch can have variations. The quality of the product and the ingredients are however the same as mentioned on the product. Shatayu Care does not compromise on the product quality and ensures the highest quality standards are followed. Shatayu Care will be unable to accept return or refund on factors like color, texture, taste and smell not meeting the expectations. 

Cancellation Policy:
Orders once placed through www.shatayucare.com cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be made once an order has been successfully placed through www.shatayucare.com
